Wilmington community pushes back on proposed closure of Plummer Corrections Center

Majority of Delaware public high schools seeing reduced enrollment this year

Their Dover-area neighbors Caesar Rodney are going the other direction, as they expanded by 53 students, swelling Delaware's largest student population to 2,256 students, 251 more than William Penn, second on the list.
